After nine years' experience at another firm, Rick started his own company in 1990 as Rick N. Lathan Architect. Under his guidance, the firm steadily acquired business, developed a strong reputation, and expanded by adding architects and interior design staff. In 2001, he incorporated under the name Lathan Associates Architects, P.C. His clients have come to appreciate his integrity and fairness as well as the quality and aesthetic value of his work. As a result, the firm has an exceptionally high rate of repeat business. Rick’s wide-ranging experience includes ecclesiastic and educational facilities, financial institutions, healthcare projects, government buildings, industrial projects, and residential design. Rick is proud of the countless projects he has been involved with, but his greatest satisfaction comes from the ongoing relationships he has formed with his many clients.
